Job Description

Support operational initiatives and project delivery efforts by driving process improvement, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Description:

Provides support for the Project Delivery team and operational initiatives. Completes process maps and maintains updates to procedures with an emphasis on change control. Troubleshoots and resolves issues, makes decisions to ensure on-time completion while remaining compliant to Plasma procedures and regulatory standards. Assists project leaders in defining, planning, and executing Plasma Project Delivery Department projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and foster a philosophy of innovation, continuous improvement, and support company values.

2. Collect and analyze data to maintain and improve department quality, efficiency, and profitability

3. Create process flows as part of the Process.

4. Design and update the hierarchy on L2, L3, L4 and L5 process flow diagrams.

5. Utilize and maintain the Plasma processes to develop new center process documents.

6. Identify and collaborate with subject matter experts to support project definition and planning as required to successfully complete work assigned.

7. Maintain process flows by completing effective updates through the change control process.

8. Assures that current project documentation is kept clear, transparent and is communicated as appropriate. Escalates key decisions, issues, risks, and opportunities required to achieve project objectives.

9. Support project design work to execute project delivery initiatives, as well as project risk assessments.

10. 1Utilizes critical and logical thinking to overcome challenges/ barriers. Assures effective business transformation related to assigned scope, including training and user adoption of related process and technology solutions. Use of effective change control processes e.g. stakeholder analysis, impact study, presentations, workshops, and communication.

11. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned to support organizational goals.

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.

* Minimum of 12 months experience preferably in health care or plasma collection environment or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Ability to work without direct oversight, which includes completing projects, providing feedback, being accountable for actions and results

* Organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities in support of changing company objectives

* Establish solid working relationships to interface with and support senior management, third parties and other positions and circumstances within the organization

* Strong customer service orientation with flexibility and adaptability to work as a member of the team

* Proven ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

* Learn new processes and quickly engage in assignments to drive for action

* Effective verbal, written communication, and presentation skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio preferred

* Demonstrated project management skills

* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

* Knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory compliance requirements.
